John Stoll is an acknowledged, involved, forward-looking Career Practitioner with over twenty five years progressive experience in the Canadian Human Resources and Financial Services fields. Prior to returning to private consulting and freelancing, he was Director, Client Services with Right Management Consultants where he marketed Career Transition and Organizational Consulting services to new and existing Corporate Clients. John is a three time recipient of the Right Management Senior Vice President Award.
John’s consultative areas of specialization include change management, career transition coaching, development planning for high potential officers, staffing and resourcing, diversity planning and project management. For over 20 years, he worked at CIBC as human resources strategic partner and recruiter. There he developed, planned and executed a staffing process which successfully redeployed over 125 existing management personnel into new management roles. John is skilled in international webinar facilitation and regularly lectures at Career Fairs.
His understanding of organizational change and the need to enable others has driven John’s business experience. He has lived and worked in most parts of Canada and continues to grow his knowledge of business through a network of colleagues in financial, educational, engineering and legal professions across North America and Europe.
John received his Bachelor of Administration from the University of Regina and is a qualified practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Birkman First Look.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers. Formerly a CHRP with the Personnel Association of Ontario, he has been a Certified Human Resources Professional and member of the Human Resources Institute of Alberta since 1991.
